Class levels are offered based on skill and experience rather than age.

Beginner's Ballet

Ballet is an art form created by the movement of the human body. It is theatrical – performed on a stage to an audience utilizing costumes, scenic design and lighting. It can tell a story or express a thought, concept or emotion. Ballet dance can be magical, exciting, provoking or disturbing.

Freestyle

Everything you do in the class is correct! When you break the word down, Free means you can do whatever you want and Style is your own flavor.  This class help you become more creative and build confidence at the same time.  Freestyle is an essential part of dance and can make you stand out from others.

Hip-Hop

Hip-hop is a type of music. It is also a culture, or way of life. It includes many types of expression—for example, rapping, deejaying, dancing, and graffiti painting. Fans of hip-hop culture also wear certain styles of clothing.

House Dance

House Dance is a style of dance that originated in the late 70's and early 80's from underground clubs in Chicago and New York. The style was influenced by several types of movement, including Tap, African dance, Latin dance, and martial arts. House Dance is about freedom, improvisation, and feeling the music.

Jersey Club

JerseyClub is an aggressive style of dance that showcases love , passion , influence, hospitality and culture. Jerseyclub is a groove that consist of many tempos and breaks incorporated with different types of methods. It’s all about feeling, and expressing the first thing that’s on your mind when you hear the bass drop. JerseyClub is rhythmic, authentic, and soulful. 

Line Dancing

A type of country and western dancing in which dancers line up in a row without partners and follow a choreographed pattern of steps to music. These dances can be done to just about any song of any tempo.

Lyrical

Lyrical dance is a dance style that embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, acrobatics, and modern dance. The style combines ballet technique with the freedom and musicality of jazz and contemporary.

Popping & Locking

Popping is a funk dance and street dance style based on the technique of quickly contracting and relaxing muscles to cause a jerk in the dancer's body, referred to as a pop or a hit. This is done continuously to the rhythm of a song in combination with various movements and poses.

Locking is a style of funk  dance, which is today also associated with hiphop. The name is based on the concept of locking movements, which means freezing from a fast movement and "locking" in a certain position. It relies on fast and distinct arm and hand movements combined with more relaxed hips and legs The movements are generally large and exaggerated, and often very rhythmic and tightly synced with the music.

SOULpreme 
Fitness

This class will put your mind, body, and  SOUL to the test. This class will challenge your endurance, strength,  and memorization. This class has different workout stations and you must  rotate to each station while upbeat music is playing. A bottle of water is required and a towel is highly recommended.

Stage Choreography

There is a difference between dancing in a studio and dancing on stage.  This class teaches you how to ENTERTAIN a crowd.  Using big movements, small movements, facial expressions,  props, crowd pleasers, everything. This style will prepare you to get away from the studio and performs on tours with a huge stage.

Street Jazz

Street jazz is a mix of fast, intricate footwork, graceful spins and acrobatic floor moves .. This genre of dance works on dancer's creativity, their understanding of the music and their energy, fusing traditional jazz with hip hop.

Stretch

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Stretching increases blood flow, boosts oxygen levels and helps deliver nutrients to your muscles. Other benefits of regular stretching include improved balance as well as help with joint and muscle pain.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that builds strength and awareness and brings together the mind and body. It includes breathing exercises, meditation and asanas or poses that stretch and flex various muscle groups.
